Paula started in the beauty industry at the age of 15 and now has a total of 25 years experience. She attended The Masters Institute of Cosmetology and began working as a color consultant for one of the industries major color companies. She has been privileged to obtain extensive training in both the U.S. and Europe. This training included The Summit School and The Summit Business College at which the KRS Salon Systems was taught and then implemented at Salon Allure, of which Paula is an owner.
