Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for educators who:

  • Hold an active Alabama Cosmetology Instructor license

  • Are passionate about the beauty industry

  • Want to make a positive difference in students’ lives

  • Are open to learning and growing as an educator

Previous teaching experience is welcome—but not required. We provide guidance, structure, and support to help new instructors succeed.
