At The Salon Professional Academy – Huntsville, you and your career are our top priority. Our cosmetology school in Huntsville, Alabama offers hands-on training, personalized instruction, and real-world salon experience designed to prepare students for success in the beauty industry.

Our 1,500-hour cosmetology program meets all licensing requirements set by the Alabama Board of Cosmetology & Barbering. Students Receive comprehensive training in hair, skin, and nail services, combining classroom theory with practical, hands-on experience on the public in a professional salon environment.

100% State Board Exam Pass Rate – 2024
Graduates of our Huntsville cosmetology program are fully prepared to take the Alabama State Board exam and begin careers as licensed cosmetologists.

COSMETOLOGY SCHEDULE OPTIONS

We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles and commitments. Program availability is based on class start dates.

5-Day Cosmetology Program

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Program Length: 44 weeks (just under one year)

 

3-Day Cosmetology Program

  • Option A: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Option B: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Schedule options are determined by class dates.

CLASS SIZE & START DATES

Class sizes are limited to ensure individualized instruction. Early enrollment is encouraged to secure your preferred start date. Class start dates are subject to change.

2026 Cosmetology Program Start Dates

  • March – 5-Day Program
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM –  4:00 PM
