HOW TO APPLY TO THE SALON PROFESSIONAL ACADEMY - HUNTSVILLE

HOW TO GET STARTED

Step 1: Complete the application form to get started – there is no fee to apply.

Please note: We review applications before scheduling tours so we can make the most of your visit. If we do not receive an application prior to your tour date, we may cancel your appointment.

Step 2: Send Your Transcripts

Email an official copy of your high school transcript or GED to admissions@huntsvilletspa.com

Step 3: Complete Your FAFSA

Submit your FAFSA using school code: 04211

We strongly recommend completing this before your tour so we can provide accurate financial aid information during your visit. Please visit our Tuition and Financial Aid pages for more information.

Step 4: Schedule Your Tour and Financial Consultation

Once you’ve submitted your application and FAFSA, use our online scheduler to book your tour. Our tour days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Scheduling online is the fastest way to secure your spot and avoid delays in the admissions process.

During your visit, you’ll:

  • Explore the academy
  • Learn about program options
  • Meet with Financial Aid

Step 5: Enrollment Appointment

After your tour and acceptance, you’ll schedule a time to:

  • Sign your enrollment agreement
  • Submit your $100 non-refundable enrollment fee

ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST (due at Enrollment Signing Appointment)

  • $100 Enrollment Fee (Non-Refundable) (due only after acceptance)
  • Government-issued ID
  • Social Security Card
  • High School Transcript or GED (if not already submitted)
  • Completed FAFSA
